Amazon Toronto HYZ-2

HYZ-2 consisted of the construction of an Amazon Bulk Last Mile facility (AMXL). The AMXL program is new to the Canadian Market and is for bulky products such as sofas, televisions, etc. Amazon reached out directly to Broccolini to ensure this program would be successfully launched in time for the busy holiday season in 2021. Construction of this facility, along with HYZ-1 - both 50,000-sq.ft. facilities - commenced at the end of August 2021, and were completed less than three months later in November 2021.
