Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) is an American pharmaceutical company established in Canada since 1925. BMS Canada mandated Broccolini to design and build its new Canadian head office in the heart of Saint-Laurent's Technoparc. BMS Canada is the main tenant, occupying 60,000 sq.ft. of the building's 109,557 sq.ft. The building's design includes full-height windows to maximize natural light, large landings, a main entrance hall with security guard and ample underground & outdoor parking. The exterior envelope of this multi-tenant project is composed of superior quality masonry and metal and glass curtain walls. To ensure the best quality office environment only Class A materials were used for the building's interior finishes. The building's insulation meets or exceeds the provincial standards for energy efficiency. Broccolini also completed the interior layout for the remaining tenants, including the interior space rented by Beiersdorf on the ground floor (11,000 sq.ft.), Discovery Air Innovations (4,000 sq.ft.), and HP Canada (27,000 sq.ft.).
