This new building comprised a loading dock with administrative facilities. The transhipment facility has a warehouse area of nearly 50,000 sq.ft., extending over 750 ft. The design of this industrial complex allows for the simultaneous docking of 120 trucks and allows for the storage of over 250 trailers.
