Excel-Pac, a Quebec-based supplier that manufactures flexible plastic packaging for the food industry, wanted to increase its visibility in the Canadian and U.S. markets. The company decided to build an ultramodern facility with larger capacity. They opted to establish themselves in the 640 West Industrial Park, located in the city of Terrebonne.

Excel-Pac looked to Broccolini for the construction of these new production facilities and offices. The investment represented nearly 8 million dollars for the packaging company. The new building would accommodate all the cutting-edge printing equipment in a sophisticated assembly line, in compliance with industry and environmental regulations, and the building code.
