20 Vic Management entrusted Broccolini to renovate and expand Lansdowne Place, a two-floor shopping centre in Peterborough, Ontario. The 277,515-sq.ft. centre, accommodating 65 businesses at the time, grew by 160 000 sq.ft. Broccolini was responsible for the expansion of the building and the interior design of the common areas, such as the food court, the promenades and the public washrooms. The building’s exterior features a “country” style theme with its wooden panels and an envelope made of masonry and glazing that complements this particular style. The management of this project began in November 2008, it was carried out according to the budgetary and time constraints determined by the client, and was completed by November 2009.
