Amazon Robotics Sortation Center Whitby
Based in the middle of the supply chain, Amazon Robotics Sortation Centers act as the great amalgamation between fulfillment centers and large distribution hubs.
McGill University Library Collection Facility
Broccolini was commissioned to design-build this storage facility for McGill University. Located in a green industrial zone in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec, this building will house volumes from the university’s library collections.
Derry Green Industrial Park
This industrial project is being developed by Broccolini in partnership with Sunlife BentallGreenOak. Broccolini is acting as both the Development Manager and General Contractor for the construction of the largest Industrial Spec Building Project in the Sunlife portfolio.
628 Saint-Jacques

Victoria sur le parc
Montreal's newest and biggest mixed-use project yet. Launched in the fall of 2018, Victoria sur le parc is the embodiment of balance. It is a glass beacon rooted in the heart of a green space; a 200-metre-high tower built on a human scale. The 58-storey skyscraper will comprise 400 units ranging in size from 480-sq.ft. one-bedroom condos to 4,000-sq.ft. penthouses, all steps away from the downtown core and Old Montreal.
Banque Nationale
The new 40-storey building will rise 200 metres above ground and will total approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space. It will be connected to the Montreal underground city (RÉSO) and stand adjacent to a 40,000-sq. ft. urban park open to the public.
LeftBank
A new community at the forefront of smart urban living, LeftBank places you in the midst of the future transformation of Toronto. LeftBank rises 34 storeys above the river and the East Harbour Transit Hub proposed for the area.
River & Fifth
River & Fifth Toronto is Broccolini’s new condominium development currently in construction in Toronto. Located at 5 Defries Street, along the banks of Toronto’s historic Don River, and only 10 minutes from the downtown core, River & Fifth Toronto offers owners a lifestyle that fuses nature and urban life.
Amazon Robotics Sortation Center Coteau-du-Lac
The first of its kind in Québec, Coteau-du-Lac will be home to a new Amazon facility where employees sort packages by postal code. The packages will then be transferred to traditional carrier partner networks or to Amazon’s own delivery station network.
Amazon Last Mile Sortation Center Laval
This building on Avenue Francis-Hughes in Laval will undergo extensive interior and exterior improvements in order to accommodate its future tenant, Amazon. The refurbished site will join Amazon’s Logistics (AMZL) network and deliver packages over the “Last Mile” to their final destination. These packages will arrive via truck from Amazon’s larger sortation and fulfillment centers before being sorted and shipped to customers.
Amazon Fulfillment Centre Ajax
Amazon mandated Broccolini with the development and construction of yet another fulfillment centre in Canada. This new build-to-suit construction, located in Ajax, Ontario, will be Amazon’s 10th fulfillment centre in the province. Once complete, the over 1,000,000-sq.-ft. state-of-the-art facility will employ more than 1,000 full-time workers.
