Amazon Last Mile Sortation Center Lachine
Broccolini has been mandated with the construction of another project for the e-commerce giant – a brand-new 363,000-sq.ft. industrial building in the strategically located borough of Lachine. This building will be part of Amazon’s Logistics (AMZL) network and will deliver packages over the “Last Mile” to their final destination.
Terra Maisons de Ville
The Terra residential development in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is being developed on one of the few remaining large parcels of residential land available on the West Island. The project will feature 130 townhouses.
Amazon Fulfillment Centre Scarborough
Broccolini has been awarded the mandate for the construction of another fulfillment centre for Amazon in Ontario. After the successful development and construction by Broccolini of Amazon's 1 million-square-foot fulfillment centre in Ottawa, the American multinational turned once again to Broccolini for the development and construction of their latest fulfillment centre which will be located in Scarborough, Ontario.
