Established in Canada for 25 years, Festo wanted to renovate and expand their existing facilities in order to respond to their growth. Festo is a company that is globally recognized, in nearly 176 counties around the world, as synonymous with innovation and technology.
Forzani Sports Experts
Place Forzani is not only the largest exhibition hall in Laval, offering a multitude of services, but also houses the franchise office of FGL Group, the largest sporting goods retailer in Canada. The building consists of administrative areas as well as spaces for conventions and trade shows.
Frank Lyman Design
A veteran clothing designer for women, Frank Lyman shows no signs of slowing down. On the contrary, with over 40 years of experience in the business, in 2014 they inaugurated new facilities and wanted to bring their business to the next level.
GE Hydro
GE Hydro is a world leader in the use and control of water. GE Hydro has been supplying equipment to the hydropower and water control industries for over one hundred and fifty years. This new 40,000 sq.ft. building adjoins the existing century-old plant.
Hagen Industries Ltd.
Expansion project for the Hagen Group of companies' warehouse located in the Ville-Saint-Laurent industrial park.
Henryka Bozanto
In 2002, Henryka Bozanto mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of their new 100,000-sq.ft. facility.
Héroux-Devtek
Héroux-Devtek is a company specializing in the manufacturing and repair of aeronautical products. The company turned to Broccolini for the design and construction of an expansion to their existing facilities located in the Laval industrial park.
Hewitt Equipment Limited
AHewitt Equipment Limited provides equipment and services to industries such as construction, mining, forestry and transportation. Hewitt turned to their longtime partner, Broccolini, for the construction of a new branch in Wabush.
Ikea Distribution Centre
IKEA is a Swedish multinational that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchens appliances and home decor accessories. The home furnishings retailer operates 13 locations across Canada. The Beauharnois distribution centre will supply the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
Industrial Park FX Tessier
Our fourth project within the renowned FX Tessier Industrial Park in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Broccolini is proud to continue the development of this impressive facility with a 110,000 sq.ft. expansion of Building A.
Institute for Specialized Medicine and Intervention (ISMI)
Broccolini completed the design, reconfiguration and construction of +/- 4,100 sq.ft. of rental space on the fourth floor of a commercial building located in Kirkland for a medical clinic.
ITM Instruments
Established in 1983 by David Reed, ITM Instruments is one of the first distributors by catalogue of precision electronic instruments.
