Canadian Tire turned to Broccolini to help them respond to the arrival of Wal-Mart in Quebec in 1995. The precise timetable and construction requirements made each project a challenge. Broccolini was able to meet these challenges, building up to 40 stores across Quebec and Ontario, making Canadian Tire one of our most important and most loyal customers.

Cavendish Mall

Cavendish Mall

Broccolini was selected for two (2) renovation and expansion projects. The first project consisted in the restauration of the 1960s building in order to transform it into a modern multi-tenant shopping centre. The second project involved the construction of a sixth (6) floor to be built atop the existing building tower.

Centre Laval

Early in the second quarter of 2005, Alexis Nihon announced a significant investment in an expansion project of the Centre Laval shopping centre located in Chomedey.

Ciena

Ciena

Business telecommunications and networking company, Ciena, needed to expand their facilities in order to respond to their growth. The project consisted of 3 buildings, including 2 new buildings, for a total area of 425,000 square feet located in the new Ottawa Campus. The project represents an investment of $150 million.

Costco Wholesale

Costco Wholesale

Broccolini was retained to build Costco Wholesale's 100th store in Canada and 9th store in the GTA. This project featured the integration of a historical facade to a retail location, a different strategy from the wholesaler's existing retail locations.

Domtar

Domtar

In 1997, Domtar requested the services of Broccolini for the management of renovations to its Montreal headquarters. The building of sixteen (16) storeys, each occupying 12,000 sq.ft., was transformed to accommodate the company's changing needs. Broccolini was selected for its flexibility and ability to adapt in order to remain within the budget.

Major renovation work is underway to unite two of downtown Montreal’s most prominent shopping centres, the Eaton Centre and Complexe les AILES, both owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, who will rename the shopping destination upon completion.

Drummondville Mega Centre

Westcliff Management entrusted Broccolini with the construction of a new phase of commercial development on the outskirts of the Les Promenades de Drummondville. This one-storey building was designed to accommodate four tenants, of which the main tenants are Future Shop and The Brick.
