Marlborough Mall
Constructed in 1971, the Marlborough Mall has been renovated a number of times and modified to host some 100 retailers. The retail pharmacy Shopper's Drug Mart relocated, taking over the more spacious premises constructed by Broccolini on the side of the shopping centre facing 36th Street.
Maxi
An existing 60,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility was converted into a Maxi grocery store. This project involved the construction of 20,000 sq.ft. expansion to the existing building.
Mercedes-Benz
Broccolini was selected as the builder for the new Mercedes-Benz Canada dealership located in Montreal East. This was the first dealership of the banner to introduce the German automobile manufacturer's new visual identity.
Mercedes Benz Silverstar
Silverstar needed to expand its existing facility in order to include a showroom for pre-owned vehicles. The project proved quite challenging as the work space was constrained, the extension had to tie in with the existing building, and the work had to be accomplished without disrupting the daily operations of the business.
Mountain Equipment Coop
Faithful ambassadors of environmental causes, the architecture and characteristics of MEC buildings confirm their dedication towards sustainable development.
Pfizer Canada
Pfizer Canada made a significant investment in order to renovate and update their headquarters located in Kirkland, on the West Island of Montreal.
Piazz’Azzurri
A rental opportunity in a vibrant sector! The West Island is developing rapidly and offers many advantages, including easy access to major expressways and proximity to Montreal's Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport.
Premium Outlets - Mirabel
Simon Property Group Inc., together with their Canadian partners, Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust and commercial developer, SmartCentres, awarded Broccolini the construction of their first Premium Outlet Center in Quebec, located in Mirabel, just north of Montreal.
Premium Outlets - Toronto
Following the successful completion of the Mirabel Premium Outlets, Broccolini was thrilled to take on another project for Simon Property Group; the construction of Premium Outlets in Halton Hills.
Quartier Laval Phase 2
Quartier Laval is an impressive commercial development located in the heart of the City of Laval. The key stores of this mega centre include Winners and Sears Décor™, amongst others.
Saks Fifth Avenue
Saks Fifth Avenue entered the Canadian market more than 90 years after the inauguration of its first store on 5th Avenue in New York. Broccolini was mandated to build the Saks store located in the Sherway Gardens shopping centre in Toronto.
Saputo Stadium
Montreal's professional soccer stadium, nestled in the Olympic Park, symbolizes sporting excellence. Inaugurated on May 19, 2008, it's the beloved home of CF Montréal, formerly the Montreal Impact in the USL. Broccolini undertook construction in June 2007, in collaboration with the Société de développement et de mise en valeur du Parc olympique.
