Frank Lyman Design
A veteran clothing designer for women, Frank Lyman shows no signs of slowing down. On the contrary, with over 40 years of experience in the business, in 2014 they inaugurated new facilities and wanted to bring their business to the next level.
XTL Transport
XTL Transport Inc. started their operations in 1985 and the company has grown steadily since. In 2004, they turned to Broccolini for the construction of a new distribution centre in Dorval with a surface area of 100,000 sq.ft.
Sobeys Logipro
Sobeys Inc. is one of the two largest grocery chains in Canada with close to 27 distribution centres. In 2005, Broccolini oversaw the construction of a new refrigerated building for the food giant
Clarke Transport
A construction of a 50,000 sq.ft. built for Clarke Transport. This building comprised a loading dock with administrative facilities. The transshipment facility has a warehouse area of nearly 50,000 sq.ft., extending over 750 ft. The design of this industrial complex allows for the simultaneous docking of 120 trucks and allows for the storage of over 250 trailers.
ITW Muller
In 2004, the firm ITW Muller mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of their new building in Kirkland.
Atlas Cold Storage
This three-phase project was awarded to Broccolini in 2000 by Atlas Cold Storage. In its entirety, the project represented a total surface area of 175,000 sq.ft.
Easton Sports
Sporting goods company Easton, whose head office is located in California, felt the need to position themselves in the Canadian market and opted for Kirkland for the establishment of their Canadian headquarters for their hockey division.
Dannyco Trading Ltd.
Established in the Canadian market for over 60 years now, Dannyco is a company that specializes in the distribution of beauty products and accessories. In 2006, the company turned to Broccolini for the construction of their new Canadian headquarters.
Draxis
DRAXIS Health Inc. is a manufacturer of outsourced pharmaceutical products for established international pharmaceutical companies.
Vortex Aquatic Structures
With over 6,000 facilities in 35 countries, Vortex Aquatic Structures is the leader in the aquatic games industry, designing aquatic playground equipment that is fun, safe and ever more innovative. In 2003, the company approached Broccolini for the construction management of its new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Pointe-Claire.
Warnaco
Clothing manufacturer Warnaco relied on Broccolini's services for the relocation of its warehouse and distribution centre.
Berlex Canada Inc.
In 2002, Berlex Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical company Schering AG, turned to Broccolini for the realization of the design and construction of its project.
