Amazon Ajax YOO-1
Amazon mandated Broccolini with the development and construction of yet another fulfillment centre in Canada.
Amazon Bolton YHM-9
This project consisted in the fit-out of an existing 225,000-sq.ft. building for conversion to an Amazon Mid Mile facility.
Amazon Coteau-du-Lac YUL-9
The first of its kind in Québec, Coteau-du-Lac will be home to a new Amazon facility where employees sort packages by postal code. The packages will then be transferred to traditional carrier partner networks or to Amazon’s own delivery station network.
Amazon Lachine DXT-6
Broccolini has been mandated with the construction of another project for the e-commerce giant – a brand-new 363,000-sq.ft. industrial building in the strategically located borough of Lachine.
Amazon Lachine YUL-2
Broccolini was mandated once again by Amazon to help expand their network of fulfillment centres in Canada in order to better serve their Canadian customer base.
Amazon Laval DXT-4
This project in Ernest-Cormier, Laval consisted in the remodel a single-storey warehouse building with supporting office area and a break room. The facility receives packages via newly replaced loading docks.
Amazon Laval DXT-5
This building on Avenue Francis-Hughes in Laval will undergo extensive interior and exterior improvements in order to accommodate its future tenant, Amazon.
Amazon Mississauga DOI-5
This project consisted of a tenant fit-out of an existing 280,000-sq.ft. facility for conversion to an Amazon Last Mile Facility (AMZL).
Amazon Mississauga YYZ-1
YYZ-1 Hazmat is a 21,000-sq.ft. hazardous storage facility, consisting of safe storage areas for flammables, aerosols, and oxidizers. The hazmat storage area was built into an existing operational facility.
Amazon Oakville HYZ-1
HYZ-1 consisted of the construction of an Amazon Bulk Last Mile facility (AMXL). The AMXL program is new to the Canadian Market and is for bulky products such as sofas, televisions, etc.
Amazon Ottawa YOW-1
A leader in Canadian real estate & construction, Broccolini has been chosen by Amazon to develop a built-to-suit fulfillment center in Ottawa, which confirms Broccolini's position as one of the most important developer-builders of industrial buildings across Canada.
Amazon Saint-Hubert YUL-5
At Amazon’s request, an existing 208,475-sq.ft. industrial building on Route de L’Aéroport in St-Hubert Québec was leased by Amazon, repurposed by Broccolini, and delivered to Amazon in October 2020.
