Amazon Ottawa YOW-1
A leader in Canadian real estate & construction, Broccolini has been chosen by Amazon to develop a built-to-suit fulfillment center in Ottawa, which confirms Broccolini's position as one of the most important developer-builders of industrial buildings across Canada.
Amazon Saint-Hubert YUL-5
At Amazon’s request, an existing 208,475-sq.ft. industrial building on Route de L’Aéroport in St-Hubert Québec was leased by Amazon, repurposed by Broccolini, and delivered to Amazon in October 2020.
Amazon Scarborough YYZ-9
After the successful development and construction by Broccolini of its million-square-foot fulfillment centre in Ottawa, Amazon turned once again to Broccolini for the development and construction of their latest fulfillment centre which will be located in Scarborough, Ontario.
Amazon Toronto HYZ-2
HYZ-2 consisted of the construction of an Amazon Bulk Last Mile facility (AMXL). The AMXL program is new to the Canadian Market and is for bulky products such as sofas, televisions, etc.
Amazon Whitby DON-3
This project for Amazon consists in the renovation of an existing one-storey industrial building to accommodate a 390,000-sq.ft. package sorting and shipping warehouse.
Amazon Whitby YHM-6
Based in the middle of the supply chain, Amazon Robotics Sortation Centers act as the great amalgamation between fulfillment centers and large distribution hubs.
Anglo Canadian Mercantile
Wholesaler/distributer of housewares, Anglo Canadian Mercantile mandated Broccolini with the design-build of its new head office located in the Pointe-Claire industrial park.
Atlas Cold Storage
This three-phase project was awarded to Broccolini in 2000 by Atlas Cold Storage. In its entirety, the project represented a total surface area of 175,000 sq.ft.
Bariatrix
Bariatrix is a leading manufacturer of weight-loss nutrition products. This 140,000 sq. ft. industrial building houses a production line, a warehouse space and offices. The building's design and construction were executed according to the standards of Agriculture Canada.
Berlex Canada Inc.
In 2002, Berlex Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical company Schering AG, turned to Broccolini for the realization of the design and construction of its project.
BMW Training Facility
An extension of BMW's Canadian Head Office, this training centre is a high-end facility with high-tech service bays adjacent to the training rooms and the BMW Academy. This high-quality facility features a green and environmentally-friendly designed structure.
CAE
Renovation project of CAE's offices located in Kanata, Ontario, including the addition of a laboratory. Broccolini was mandated with the fixed price renovation project of this 3 storey building.
