Marlborough Mall

Marlborough Mall

Constructed in 1971, the Marlborough Mall has been renovated a number of times and modified to host some 100 retailers. The retail pharmacy Shopper's Drug Mart relocated, taking over the more spacious premises constructed by Broccolini on the side of the shopping centre facing 36th Street.

Maxi

Maxi

An existing 60,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility was converted into a Maxi grocery store. This project involved the construction of 20,000 sq.ft. expansion to the existing building.

Mel’s Cité du Cinéma

Mel’s Cité du Cinéma

Mel's Cité du Cinéma is located in Montreal's Technoparc and houses film production studios, workshop spaces, a warehouse, dressing rooms, and offices.

Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz

Broccolini was selected as the builder for the new Mercedes-Benz Canada dealership located in Montreal East. This was the first dealership of the banner to introduce the German automobile manufacturer's new visual identity.

Mercedes Benz Silverstar

Mercedes Benz Silverstar

Silverstar needed to expand its existing facility in order to include a showroom for pre-owned vehicles. The project proved quite challenging as the work space was constrained, the extension had to tie in with the existing building, and the work had to be accomplished without disrupting the daily operations of the business.

Michelangelo

Michelangelo

Since its founding in 1986, Michelangelo experienced growth that has seen the company become a leader in North America in the distribution of art and frames. In 2003, Michelangelo mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of its new headquarters and distribution center in Lachine.

Mitchel-Lincoln

Mitchel-Lincoln

Mitchel-Lincoln is a Canadian industrial manufacturer of corrugated paper products. The Drummondville facility, was designed and built by Broccolini and is the largest production facility in Canada. The plant set a Canadian record, producing more than 1.5 billion sq.ft. of board.

Modugno Hortibec

Modugno Hortibec

Founded in 1954, Modugno-Hortibec entrusted Broccolini with the mandate for the construction of its new head office and manufacturing installation.

Molson Coors

Molson Coors

Molson Coors (at the time under Molson O'Keefe) required a facility for the reception and sorting of empty bottles. In 1990, this project represented one of Broccolini's largest and most important projects.

M&M Footwear

M&M Footwear

M&M Footwear, a major shoe importer established in Québec, entrusted Broccolini with the construction of its new building located on the corner of Thimens Boulevard and Pomba Street in the Saint-Laurent borough of Montréal, not far from its original location on Gougeon Street.

Newrest

Newrest

Newrest is an industrial catering company specializing in the aviation sector and operating in more than 49 countries, with their headquarters in Toulouse in France. In 2008, they turned to Broccolini who responded to their needs for the construction of their new Canadian headquarters.
