Saint-Laurent Multi-tenant
The construction for this modern multi-tenant industrial building began in June 2007 and the rentable spaces were delivered in November 2007. Broccolini designed and built this multi-tenant complex located in the industrial park.
Saks Fifth Avenue
Saks Fifth Avenue entered the Canadian market more than 90 years after the inauguration of its first store on 5th Avenue in New York. Broccolini was mandated to build the Saks store located in the Sherway Gardens shopping centre in Toronto.
Sanmina
Sanmina, a manufacturer of complex and innovative optical, electronic and mechanical products, had to move into new facilities in a very short time span. Broccolini submitted its proposal and, with the support of the City of Kanata, the project was executed in record time.
Sanmina Sci
Sanmina-SCI is one of the world's leading electronics manufacturers (ECM). Built in two phases, the high-tech facility includes a 50,000 sq.ft. air-conditioned production area featuring anti-static flooring and an 85 ft. clear span. Broccolini was selected because of its strong sense of ethics and the speed and quality of their work.
Saputo Stadium
Montreal's professional soccer stadium, nestled in the Olympic Park, symbolizes sporting excellence. Inaugurated on May 19, 2008, it's the beloved home of CF Montréal, formerly the Montreal Impact in the USL. Broccolini undertook construction in June 2007, in collaboration with the Société de développement et de mise en valeur du Parc olympique.
Schering Canada
Due to its growth in terms of staff over the previous 5 years, Schering Plough Canada announced the construction of a new head office. This building was the company's third located on the West Island, where it had already established a distribution centre and its manufacturing operations.
Schlüter-Systems
The Canadian headquarters of Schlüter-Systems is a building that includes office space, a showroom, training facilities and a warehouse for finished products. The design of the building is as much a reflection of the company's philosophy as it is a showcase for their products.
Shomali Inc.
This design-build project involved the construction of a new head office for Shomali Inc. that included manufacturing and distribution installations.
Sobeys
Sobeys Inc. is one of the two largest grocery chains in Canada with close to 27 distribution centres. In 2005, Broccolini oversaw the construction of a new refrigerated building for the food giant.

Société immobilière Courbec specializes in the administration and management of real estate projects (over 1M sq.ft. in Québec), most notably office buildings, shopping centres, union buildings, and technological development centres.
STS
STS Systems is a provider of advanced IT solutions for retailers of apparel and footwear. Broccolini designed and built STS's head office in 1988. Subsequently, STS entrusted Broccolini with the construction of two (2) expansions, one of which involved the construction of a second building, connected to the existing building via an atrium.
