Premium Outlets - Mirabel
Simon Property Group Inc., together with their Canadian partners, Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust and commercial developer, SmartCentres, awarded Broccolini the construction of their first Premium Outlet Center in Quebec, located in Mirabel, just north of Montreal.
Premium Outlets - Toronto
Following the successful completion of the Mirabel Premium Outlets, Broccolini was thrilled to take on another project for Simon Property Group; the construction of Premium Outlets in Halton Hills.
Public Works and Government Services Canada
In order to increase the efficiency of public service operations and eliminate unnecessary costs, the Government of Canada opted to modernize its systems. This included, among other initiatives, the addition of a new centre of expertise in Miramichi.

Broccolini was mandated with the construction of a head office and a distribution and manufacturing facility for the company in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, on the West Island of Montreal.
Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre
Located in Saint-Laurent, the 125,000-sq.ft. expansion project for the Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre along the Côte-de-Liesse, began in April 2014.
