Our projects
Subaru
Subaru des Sources is one of the many car dealerships located in the Dorval Auto Mall, a commercial site dedicated to car dealerships.
Sunlife Financial
In 2001, Broccolini built this multi-tenant complex. Upon completion of the project, Sun Life became the main tenant. Conveniently located with quick and easy access to the Metropolitan and the Laurentian Autoroute, the complex is a building that lends itself to both commercial and industrial uses.
Sunlife Multi-Tenant Warehouse
This was Broccolini's second project for the Sunlife Financial Group. Recipient of LEED certification, this building is located in the industrial sector of one of Montreal's largest boroughs with proximity to major thoroughfares and the airport.
Target
For their penetration into the Canadian market, Target had several needs - from the construction of new distribution centres and stores, to the renovation of existing buildings it had acquired.
Target Distribution Centre
In 2011, Target embarked on a process of market penetration into Canada with its purchase of 189 Zellers stores across the country. However, Target opted not to purchase the distribution centres and therefore needed to have these built according to particular specifications in order to accommodate the supply of various goods to their stores.
Telus House
Located on the corner of Bank and Slater Streets, this 9-storey building, the creation of Richard Chmiel Architect & Associates, was designed to meet the most stringent demands for energy efficiency in Canada in order to attain LEED Gold Certification.
Tenaquip
The new larger and improved Tenaquip headquarters will allow the company to continue to grow and offer more in-stock products and more effective service.
Tergel
In 2005, Progel, later becoming Tergel, established its first gelatin manufacturing plant in Terrbonne, Quebec. This project began with the construction of a new building followed immediately by an expansion of the plant.
Terra Maisons de Ville
The Terra residential development in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is being developed on one of the few remaining large parcels of residential land available on the West Island. The project will feature 130 townhouses.
The Brick
The Brick furniture store made its entry in the Marché Central during Phase V of the commercial development. The planned store included a showroom of 70,000 sq.ft. for the accommodation of furniture and appliances.
The New Maison de Radio-Canada
A creative hub for media and digital production in the city, Maison de Radio-Canada will remain the cultural, technological and community focal point that the public broadcaster has always been.
The Slater
The Slater is a stunning structure that is the perfect adaptation of classic modernist design. The Slater's black and white exterior is beautifully bold, with a dark grid that overlays clean white elements.
