Dorval - Multi-tenant Phase 1
Broccolini completed phase 1 of its design-build project of an industrial multi-tenant building in Dorval. With a total surface area of 112,100 square feet, the steel structure building includes 15,500 square feet of mezzanine space and its exterior envelope consists of metal siding, brick and curtain walls.
Dorval - Multi-Tenant Phase 2
Launched in May 2008, Broccolini completed the second phase of its new building in Dorval designed to accommodate five industrial tenants. The entire project covers a surface area of 89,000 sq.ft., including a 29,800-sq.ft. warehouse space (with a 6,200 sq.ft. mezzanine).
Downtown Revitalization
Major renovation work is underway to unite two of downtown Montreal’s most prominent shopping centres, the Eaton Centre and Complexe les AILES, both owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, who will rename the shopping destination upon completion.
Draxis
DRAXIS Health Inc. is a manufacturer of outsourced pharmaceutical products for established international pharmaceutical companies.
Drummondville Mega Centre
Westcliff Management entrusted Broccolini with the construction of a new phase of commercial development on the outskirts of the Les Promenades de Drummondville. This one-storey building was designed to accommodate four tenants, of which the main tenants are Future Shop and The Brick.
Durham College
This post-secondary institution is located on the north side of Highway 401, in the center of the revitalized downtown Pickering, directly connected to the pedestrian bridge that spans across the 14 lanes of Highway 401. The building is shared by Durham College and Centennial College.
Easton Sports
Sporting goods company Easton, whose head office is located in California, felt the need to position themselves in the Canadian market and opted for Kirkland for the establishment of their Canadian headquarters for their hockey division.
EconoMax
EconoMax prides itself on offering its customers the best prices on furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, and decorative accessories in a pared-down, industrial style “warehouse” setting that is intended to put the visual emphasis on their products themselves and not on the interior design of their stores.
Eglo Canada
Eglo Canada, a company in the decorative home lighting fixtures industry, opted to establish their 64,500 sq.ft. head office in the Baie-d'Urfé industrial park, thanks to its many advantages.
EMS Satcom
The construction of this 2-floor building made it possible to meet the company's record growth. The building not only satisfied their need for more space but also offered a more efficient configuration, giving them the ability to develop and deliver new products.
Encore Spice
The Encore Gourmet Food Corporation produces and sells food products such as spices, seasonings, herbs, sauces, and soup bases. In 1999, Broccolini Construction was mandated with the design and construction of the company's 120,000sq.ft. administrative building.
Erb Transport
Early in the year 2000, ERB Transport had reached and surpassed the maximum capacity of their facilities in Dorval. With no possibility of expanding their original facility, the company finally opted for the construction of a new terminal in Vaudreuil.
